Refund Policy

Infotech Digital Solution Pvt Ltd provides digital and professional services that may include web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, quality assurance, business analysis, and related consultation.

Because most of our work involves time-based planning, design effort, development effort, consultation, and customized delivery, payments made for completed milestones, consultation sessions, or approved work phases are generally non-refundable.

If a project is canceled before work has started, any eligible refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis after deducting administrative, consultation, and transaction charges if applicable.

If a project is active and the client chooses to stop it midway, refund eligibility, if any, will depend on the scope already delivered, hours spent, milestone approvals, and committed resources.

No refund will typically apply to completed design work, business analysis documentation, delivered source files, approved milestones, domain or hosting purchases, third-party software costs, or customized implementation work already performed.

Clients are encouraged to review proposals, deliverables, scope documents, and milestone details carefully before making payment.
